    Contributing period: February 12, 2019 0:00 ~ April 15, 2019 0:00 (GMT+8)
    Review period: March 31, 2019 0:00 ~ April 25, 2019 0:00 (GMT+8)
II. Contributing rules
    1. The works submitted to this contest must be original and have not been publicly uploaded on the Internet. Commissioned contribution is accepted, but should be fully authorized and include necessary information of the author. If necessary, the materials used in the work shall be authorized, and all responsibilities arising from material copyrights shall be taken by the contestant.
    2. After the work is submitted to the contest, the fan club are authorized to post/publish the work while the creator keep the right of authorship of the work.
    3. According to the content, the contest is divided into two parts: "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" and "Toradora!". According to the creation carrier it’s "video", "text" and "picture". Contestants’ works need to have enough elements of Suzumiya Haruhi series or Toradora! in the main creation, and contribute it to the corresponding division. If the work has same weights of Suzumiya Haruhi series and Toradora!, it has to be delivered to only one of the divisions.
    4. NSFW (adult content) is not accepted in the contest.
    5. The competition provides two contribution ways.
        a. Directly upload works on the website, select and fill in relevant information.
        b. Contact the operator for submission with relevant information.
        No matter which submission method is chosen, the contributor should provide a valid and accessible way to contact, in order to be informed after the result is published. Please contact the operator and provide relevant information if you fill in the wrong contact information or the original contact information become invalid.
    6. There is no limit on the number of works a creator is allowed to submit in this contest, but only one work can be awarded in each division (multiple awards for one work is possible). The limit of award will remain unchanged if the work is created by a group. Excellent works will be publicized and displayed, not limited by the number of submissions of the contributor.
    7. Members of the judging panel may contribute, but they are not allowed to participate in marking their own contributions. The contest will be kept fair and impartial.
III. Prize and awarding rules
    1. The prize pool of the contest is made up of 550$ of fund from the fan club and the crowd-funding prize (up to 2200$).
    2. Prizes and awards will be determined according to the prize pool after crowdfunding, and announced before the submission period.
    3. Winners can choose to receive prizes or equivalent amount of money. If they choose to receive prizes, express fees and possible customs fees shall be paid by the contestants.
IV. Review rules
    1. The judging panel of the contest will invite senior fans of Haruhi series and Toradora!, and relevant professionals to review. The judging panel will be announced before the submission period.
    2. The works will be further subdivided beyond the options at submission, each judge will only review their familiar categories.
    3. The evaluation of the works will be conducted simultaneously in the submission period, and the results will be announced uniformly after the contest.
Haruhifanclub reserves the right of final interpretation of this rule. The Chinese version shall prevail, if there is any discrepancy in the description of different versions of the rules.
